F&A BPO Account Leaders

Account Lead is responsible for handling Outsourcing accounts with an emphasis on one or more of the following; Finance & Accounting, Health Management, Procurement, Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain and Claims Processing.  They would bring extensive experience in account growth, profit & loss and exceptional client relationship management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within our client, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility
  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within our client

Job Requirements:

  • Travel up to 50% (client locations; Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas & Denver)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ Account Management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Operations and/or Consulting experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Sales experience in a services business
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in one of more of the following functional areas: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement., Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Claims Processing, or Health Management.
