You along with dynamic colleagues will work closely with executives to consider how an outsourcing or shared services operating model aligns with their business strategy. As a Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.  You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.  Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.

Manager Qualifications- GBS

Required:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years consulting and/or industry experience is required
  • Must have subject matter expertise in Shared Services, Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry or multiple back office functional optimization
  • Shared Services Feasibility Assessments, Implementations, and Optimization
  • Ability to analyze and apply outsourcing trends
  • Practical experience with the full lifecycle of functional optimization, BPO and/or shared services programs
  • Core vs. Non-Core Assessments
  • Understanding of vendor landscape
  • Financial analysis and business case development experience
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel 80-100%

Preferred:

  • RPA experience
  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff
  • An advanced degree is preferred

The Senior BPS Sales Executive is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth by managing/closing multiple sales campaigns using deep sales process and offering or product expertise within a complex market or emerging market/white space. The role report to the VP & Strategic Business Unit Head and is focused in the Retail Sector

Responsibilities: Grow the Business:  Drives sales opportunities to closure – increasingly selling a mix of defined solutions/extensions and new offerings or products into white space; wide range of service group offerings and deal structures

Develop Key Relationships:  Develops strong relationships with key client buyers: the Divisional head/C-Suite level; client decision making spanning multiple layers of organization.

Finance Project Manager

Scope of Position:

Are you a Finance Professional with a real passion for Project Management?

  • You will be responsible for end to end Project Management including Chartering, Resource Planning, Budgeting, Sponsor and Executive Committee Review, Planning, Execution and Project Closure.
  • Diverse array of projects from tactical to strategic including cost reductions, operational improvements, PeopleSoft/SAP deployments, Shared Service integration’s, ERP upgrades, business process design and new functional process/technology introductions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Run effective and efficient project management processes to drive good work prioritization and resource allocation decisions. Leading project resources to achieve project deliverables
  • Craft project charters, project plans, resource plans, cost estimates
  • Reviews project spend budget and forecast variances to identify areas for action.
  • Provide regular project updates to Sponsor, Steerage, and PMO’s and raise issues as appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned
  • Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget and deliverables are met.
  • May be asked to lead multi-million dollar projects or multiple smaller scope projects depending on portfolio and business needs

Travel Requirements: 25-50% domestic/international travel possible depending on project(s) assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Project management work experiences.
  • Work with multiple groups and cross function team experiences.
