VP – Account Management, Insurance
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability by driving cross-sell, pace of volume ramps, time to proficiency and client satisfaction. Develop C-level and cross-functional contacts and touch-points in the client organization through regular objective based interaction forums and review governance cadence. Continuously keep track of client needs, gauge client satisfaction and expand client contacts through high frequency 1:1 meetings and follow through action logs. Scout and scope new opportunities within the account by participating in client’s review meetings – identify problem statements and map services and products to develop customized solutions. Mentor offshore cross-functional teams to optimize employee, infrastructure, IT,T&E other support costs through bi-monthly MIS and P&L reviews, drive the creation of action plans, review and modify action plans as required. Mentor offshore teams for seamless project and service delivery
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and six sigma to manage group Black Belts.
- Strong background in the management of insurance client relationships and large teams (people and clients)
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of working experience, including at least last 6 years in managing teams and client relationship

Insurance Product Owner
P&C Insurance business is looking for a highly effective Product and Solution Owner to join the team. Our client believes there is always a better way. In this role, you will lead the design, build and commercialization of new products and solutions by working with clients / prospects, internal stakeholders and EXL Digital Team to gather product or solution roadmap requirements, solution design it and apply those requirements to define and maintain product and solution roadmaps. You will dig deeper leveraging market analysis pundits and publications to define future direction of domain and digital trends to validate current product and solution roadmap assumptions and inform the evolution of those roadmaps.
As products and solutions are ready to bring to market, you will make it happen by setting the tone internally for selling motion as well as externally for future product expectations/roadmap as appropriate. Part of your measure of success will be the creation of best-in-class solutions to meet client’s current and future needs. In summary, your job responsibilities will include,

- Co-own revenue and margin goal with our front end team

- Own approvals of user stories, sprint scope, backlog, and acceptance criteria
- Own Investment request, budget tracking
- Own Client pitches and POC creation
- Work with marketing and front end team for GTM to generate pipeline
- Pipeline and revenue management in collaboration with front end and delivery teams
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience with proven ability and experience in agile new product / solution / service design and launch
- Strong background, understanding and working knowledge of P&C Insurance Industry domain and understanding of emerging business and technology trends (cloud, data, AI)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams with proven ability to mobilize and work with cross-functional teams to create differentiated products and solutions and value proposition for clients
- Stakeholder management with the ability to manage conflicts, identify issues or bottlenecks and come with solutions to address the challenges
- Excellent education pedigree – MBA preferred but not essential
