Position:

VP BPO Sales Leader, US

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute sales growth strategy in the Americas.
  • Drive new sales logo and continue with the development and disciplined focus on the sales team.
  • Manage day to day sales activities in the Americas
  • Reporting to the GSO, another main objective will be to build and manage a well qualified pipeline that will convert into new business.
  • All this is to drive revenue growth and deliver a North American target of approximately 250MM or greater per year in sales.

Experience:

  • 10- 15 years’ experience in F&A BPO business development
  • Proven ability to develop new BPO business and meet quotas
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of maturity
  • Superior relationship management and networking skills for both internal and external customer/s
  • Excellent client handling skills, with ability to present and articulate various points of view
  • Ability to forge relationships across and throughout the internal organization

Location:

Preference is Midwest and East Coast

Compensation:

An attractive base compensation and an aggressive sales incentive plan.
