Our client is a Business Process Outsourcer, their innovative methods and use of the latest technologies deliver real efficiencies and reliability for business processes. They have large, complex BPO contracts that accommodate several enterprise-wide processes, delivered from our global network of Business Process Outsourcing Service Centers. Their delivery model combines onshore, near shore and far shore centers with access to process experts incorporating end-to-end process thinking in providing services in more than 40 European and Asian languages.
The Vice President/Engagement Executive is expected to profitably and significantly grow the portfolio to its potential and ensure complete alignment with the clients’ agenda. The role is expected to develop strong business insights of the client and provide thought leadership in evolution of the accounts. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Engagement Directors who manage our clients ensuring all customer expectations and service commitments are met on commercial terms that are sustainable for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the P&L of all target engagements in the targeted sectors
- Forecasting and planning of the future revenue and bookings of the target Engagements
- Ensure the cross selling of service offerings to the engagements and create customer proposition for new capabilities and offerings
- Provision of account management disciplines, business management processes, and associated reporting for the team
- Lead a team of experienced Engagement Directors and acting as a positive role model for staff
- Ensuring that appropriate customer expectations are set and all service levels are met within the target group of clients.
Measures of Success:
- Exceeding revenue and contribution goals for relevant engagements
- Customer satisfaction with service provided
- Develop Leadership team including effective Talent Management processes
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in successfully managing P+L’s of complex outsourced services in an global environment
- Proven experience in the key focus areas of R2R, OTC,P2P, SCM and HRO
- Knowledge of Consumer Products and Retail Sector
- Ability to interact and influence as a peer at board level in client companies
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to reconcile operational challenges and disruptions
