Looking for Experience in:
- Running F&A departments (preferably as CFO / Controller) or F&A Shared Services Centers with P&L responsibility for those divisions.
- Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives (Shared Services Executives, CFO, CPO divisions)
- Experience in recommending F&A consulting, solutions, transitions & transformation to CxO clients
- Strong Commercial and business acumen to be able to solution, price, sell and evangelize business cases to Controllership, Risk-Management, Treasury and CFO departments
- F&A related experience and deep understanding in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Account to Report and other High End Finance Operations
- Experience and strong understanding of F&A BPO shared services including voice and non-voice / back-office based processing delivered globally from multiple geographies using multiple languages
- Experience in generating demand / pipeline and establish client contacts on a proactive basis from a base of existing accounts.
- Experience in driving and leading cross-functional teams remotely – excellent communication, organization, and project management skills required.
- Revenue targets for bookings and billings adaptability
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen quality approaches
- Experience in working with offshore (e.g. India-based) service providers and multiple-timezones
- CPA and VP Shared Services preferred
Roles and responsibilities
- Sales Support (demand generation & pipeline) driving new order bookings for BPO F&A Services
- Lead RFx solution presentations & client workshops for F&A bids
- Solutioning, pricing and selling F&A BPO services by leveraging onsite-offshore model
- Identify & drive pricing models in F&A opportunities.
- Independently develop and lead / driving client engagements and account / sales plans.
- Networking with Analysts and Advisors
- Evangelizing BPO value proposition and building relationships with C-Level executives
- Executive reporting to customer and internal management
Candidate needs to have strong ability to focus on:
- Demonstrating business acumen to generate proactive demand and win BPO F&A, HRO, Shared services deals.
- Accountability and closure of actions with urgency and being proactive
- Current operations are in India, our client’s customer want to move/add ops in the US. 100/150 people
- Ops + sales role: after establishing ops, cross sell procurement, HR
