Our clients’ growing team is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive sales of IT Outsourcing Services to new federal clients. This sales executive must be able to define a sales strategy from the ground and up and help bring it to fruition by doing what it takes to succeed. We seek an individual who is a relationship builder, a team player, and is able to use his/her extensive business acumen to identify opportunities and pursue them quickly and effectively.In this strategic role you will:
– Create a sales plan and account map for new clients
– Build a sales pipeline for IT outsourcing services
– Identify new sales opportunities and lead all new business proposals with clients
– Forge strong relationships with clients and engage in winning proposal opportunities
– Negotiate at the most senior client level on both technical and business issues
– Manage all internal efforts leading towards a win
Experience, skills and requirements:
– Over 10 years of IT infrastructure sales experience with over 5 years dealing with multi-million dollar outsourcing deals in the federal sector, preferably in a consulting environment
– Extensive sales experience in the United States federal government
– Deep expertise in infrastructure delivery concepts, sourcing models, and technologies- -Strong financial acumen and creative deal structuring
– Experience working with senior management and leading deal teams in a matrix organization
– Fluency in English and strong communications and interpersonal skills
– Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Extensive travel within given territory
– Broad industry experience working in public sector/federal government marketplace
