Our client is a privately held Latin American BPO provider looking to expand into the US. The executives are serial entrepreneurs who have successfully founded and sold a number of BPO providers, their current company is 5 years from exit. The successful candidate will have a successful track record selling F&A BPO, have entrepreneurial values and be able to develop and scale a sales organization.
Summary
The NA F&A Sales Lead is the executive responsible for North American P&L and is responsible for sourcing, managing the solution, structuring and closing new logo (typically sole-source) BPO sales for transactional, typically F&A, services to clients by identifying major pain points in their back-office operations.
Responsibilities
- Overall executive responsibility for North American sales
- Qualifying leads and continually developing new sales pipeline
- Producing pipeline forecast reports on a weekly basis
- Planning for, facilitating and attending client meetings and presentations
- Formulating and executing the Sales Strategy
- Understanding the political and organizational structure of their clients
- Developing comprehensive opportunity plans that assist pursuit team members in understanding client value drivers
- Managing all internal deal reviews and approvals
- Transitioning client relationships to a Client Relationship Executive during the sales process
Qualifications
- Highly-motivated, deal maker with concrete and verifiable experience selling large, complex transactional, typically F&A, services to Global 1000 clients
- Proven leader with a strong ability to assemble, drive performance, inspire and motivate pursuit team members.
- Seasoned competitor with an offensive mind set, and energy to sustain a very fast pace for extended periods of time
- Strong understanding of transactional, typically F&A, services is essential, and experience delivering these services from nearshore and offshore locations
- Strong understanding of complex, technology-enabled solutions to multiple customer points of contacts in both business and technology
- Hands-on, fundamentally sound understanding of how to construct M&A related “carve-out” deals as well as traditional outsourcing of business processes.
- Current pipeline and rolodex of prospective clients
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a leading college or university with strong academic record; MBA or graduate degree in Marketing is a plus
- Executive presence and an ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
- Master motivator – getting clients to act and act now
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluent English speaker

Compensation
- Competitive base and an a bove industry average commission plan with an option to convert into equity
