This group will provide the technology plan, set priorities and establish the integration strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, integration and running of all technology for our clients’ shared services groups. This will include HR, Finance, Operations, Accounting, Facilities and others.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish business strategies leveraging technology.
- Design and push forward technology plans with an emphasis on integration approaches.
- Create a technology group with a strong service orientation to meet business needs.
- Implement plans that will add value to each of our clients departments
- Ensure successful transitions from existing technologies to new more effective tools to services the business needs.
- Implement risk management strategies and techniques Service level determination
- Process oversight and execution in areas such as:
- Cost management
- Managed spend
- Resource Plan management
- Planning , forecasting and Reporting
- Resourcing, including Solution Delivery Model execution
- Best practices & tool utilization
Experience:
- A career history of successful technology management culminating at the senior executive level likely in the business services and/or utility of information technology service sectors.
- 10+ years of experience as a leading technology functions like SaaS based applications, Workday etc., in a complex organization
- Improved operation and financial performance of areas that were under their direct experience
- Working with external vendors on the selection and implementation of various packages for functions such as HR, Finance, etc.
- Managing and motivating teams comprised of diverse workforces with significant cross-cultural or linguistic issues
- An awareness of current technology and its use in applying business based solutions
- Industry experience in working in a hands on environment with strong current marketplace knowledge. Knowing the companies, understanding trends, industry direction
