VP/SVP Sales – Insurance

Our Client is a leading global Business Process Management (BPM) company. They offer business value to 200+ global clients by combining operational excellence with deep domain expertise in key industry verticals, including Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Consulting and Professional Services, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecom and Diversified Businesses, Shipping and Logistics, Travel and Leisure and Utilities. They deliver an entire spectrum of business process management services.

Role and Responsibilities: The VP/SVP Sales is an individual contributor responsible for developing new logo sales in the US for the Life & Annuities and/or Property & Casualty segments.

  • Maintain a sales quota of $2 – $4 million annual contract value on $9 million TCV
  • Lead the sales cycle and coordinate with all internal constituencies, such as solutioning, marketing, operations, finance, etc.
  • Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies along with experts

Qualifications: Significant experience required; must have a proven business development track record.

  • At least 15 years’ experience in insurance business development
  • Domain knowledge in Life & Annuity and/or Property & Casualty products
  • Proven ability to develop new BPO business and meet quota
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of maturity
  • Superior relationship management and networking skills for both internal and external customer/s
  • Excellent client handling skills, with ability to present and articulate various points of view
  • Ability to forge relationships across and throughout the internal organization

Travel:  Travel as necessary
